REALTORS® are highly active members of our community who do much more than facilitate the process of buying and selling a home. REALTORS® take their role in the community very seriously including monitoring and being a part of local, state and national government. BAR’s volunteer Government Affairs Committee, with the backing of the Board of Directors, guides the association’s advocacy activities.
BAR offers services to both our members and the public to help resolve disputes pertaining to member conduct and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. BAR and its Board of Directors are tasked with enforcing the Code of Ethics and determine whether the Code of Ethics has been violated.
The Montana Association of REALTORS® (MAR) is the voice of real estate in Montana. You are a member of MAR upon joining BAR.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is the largest trade association in the country. You are a member of NAR upon joining BAR.
