Become a Member

We look forward to having you as a member of the Billings Association of REALTORS®.

OUR MEMBERSHIP TYPES ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:

Primary Realtor® Member

You are either a new licensee applying for Primary membership or transferring your existing Primary membership to BAR.

Primary members receive full member benefits and pay their local, state and national annual dues to BAR.

Secondary Realtor® Member

You are currently a member of another association and want to join BAR as a Secondary member. Secondary members receive full member benefits and pay only their local annual dues (if in Montana) to BAR.

State and national dues will be paid to their Primary association. If not within the state of Montana, Secondary members will pay both local and state annual dues to BAR.

Affiliate Member

You are an industry partner, such as a lender or title company, or a business that offers services and products of value to the real estate community. Affiliate members are welcome to participate in many association activities and pay annual dues to BAR.
