Continuing Education

The Billings Association of REALTORS® provides its members with continuing education opportunities that empower them to grow their business and knowledge. The state of Montana requires real estate licensees to complete 12 hours of continuing education to renew their license each year.

Most classes are offered in-person, on-site at the Billings Association of REALTORS®. A limited number of classes are also offered virtually. In addition, on-site classes are provided throughout the larger geographic jurisdictional area of BAR, including Havre, Lewistown and Red Lodge. Check the Education Calendar for all class options.

CODE OF ETHICS REQUIREMENTS

The National Association of REALTORS® requires all REALTORS® take Code of Ethics training once during every three year cycle. The current cycle ends on December 31, 2024, which means Code of Ethics training taken in 2022, 2023 and 2024 qualifies to meet this requirement.
